Thank you for choosing Stofer's Detailing — where premium car care meets white-glove convenience. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below, designed to ensure a smooth, consistent, and professional experience for every customer.
We ask that any changes or cancellations be made as early as possible. If you provide more than 48 hours notice, there is no fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $45 fee. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $100 fee.
* If an appointment change is due to bad weather, there will be no fee for rescheduling, however a $45 cancelation fee may still apply if the appointment is not rescheduled. *
Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:
♦ We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service free of charge.
♦ Stofer’s Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure.
♦ Failure for the vehicle to be present and unlocked at the time and location of the ordered service may result in the cancellation of the appointment by Stofer’s Detailing and will be considered a cancellation policy violation which will result in a cancelation charge.
♦ Gift Certificate appointments will follow the same cancellation policy and will be automatically redeemed for the amount based on the above cancellation policy guidelines.
Stofer's Detailing packages are time-based to ensure fairness across all vehicle types. We complete as much as possible within your booked timeframe. If more time is needed due to vehicle condition or size, it’s billed at $45 per hour with your approval. If declined, we’ll prioritize and finish within the original time. To get the most out of your appointment, share your top priorities with your technician during check-in. Full Detail packages apply to one vehicle only and cannot be split between multiple vehicles.
Our team may arrive up to 90 minutes after your scheduled time due to traffic or job delays. You’ll receive real-time SMS updates up until your appointment time. We require access and keys to perform your service, and by booking, you authorize our team to operate and reposition the vehicle if needed. We will always ask before operating the vehicle. If we’re unable to access or begin the service upon arrival, cancellation or reschedule fees may apply.
At the end of your appointment, we’ll walk you through the results to confirm satisfaction. If you’re unavailable, we will complete the job without your review. If you have any concerns, they must be reported within 24 hours of service. Concerns raised after this window or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.
We inspect and document visible pre-existing damage before starting service. If any issues occur during your appointment, we will notify you immediately. Stofer's Detailing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
Payment is due immediately after service by credit or debit card, or cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid in full. If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with your technician before departing — we’ll continue working on the vehicle as scheduled. By booking, you authorize Stofer's Detailing to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions. All sales are final.
We arrive fully equipped with onboard spot-free water and power to operate all tools and equipment, so we do not require access to your hose or electrical outlets. However, we do require adequate space to park our mobile detailing van next to your vehicle during the appointment, as well as enough room around the vehicle to fully open all doors for proper service.
By booking our services, you grant Stofer's Detailing permission to photograph your vehicle for training or marketing use unless you request otherwise. You confirm you are authorized to approve services for the vehicle.
Stofer’s Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service, including the cancellation of any new or existing maintenance plans, at its sole discretion.
This may occur in situations including, but not limited to: inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff, attempts to bypass the company by engaging directly with employees outside of Stofer’s Detailing, or any other circumstances that, in our judgment, make the working relationship unsuitable.

Stofer’s Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, does not make any commitment to update the materials.
By booking with GoDetail, you agree that services are time-based, not checklist-based; you will provide vehicle access and participate in the final inspection; you understand and accept our cancellation, storage, gratuity, and extended service policies; payment reflects technician time and effort, not guaranteed outcomes; and GoDetail’s liability is limited to the amount paid.
